Our experience every step along the way with Land Rover Bethesda have been awful. If you have a choice I would highly recommend working with another dealer. During the sales process they attempted to charge us for a bunch of dealer items we did not order such as some sort of coating on the paint. Land Rover makes incredible cars and if they needed these things it would be part of the build. And if you want to sell them then be transparent about it.
The service process has been worse. We bought our car in December 2022 and it has been in the shop for over 3 months now to have a few items repaired under warranty. They claim there is no wiring diagram for the car. Then they claimed they were having to guess as they reconnected wires because they were all black. Any reasonably competent mechanic would have labeled the wires when removing them. The communication around all of this has been embarrassingly poor.
If you have a choice I would go elsewhere to avoid these frustrations.
We had an excellent experience buying our Range Rover here. Sherry Wood was super easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend asking for her by name especially for any women looking at new cars.
The whole team was great, we’ll definitely buy here again in the future.

This dealership sells cars with oil leaks and rust all over, for $50k.
To summarize: While you are at the dealership, they lie to you and do the financing wrong. After you leave the dealership, they do not complete any of the paperwork, so you get fines and penalties. They never never ever ever return any of your calls or emails. It's not worth it, go to a different dealership. Let this one go out of business. The finance: Joey Dizon Joey must be new, or he is very unsure of what he's doing. He ran my credit for 3 banks 3 times each, so that's 9 inquiries total for only 3 banks. He kept getting on the phone and email and asking the banks what to do next. During the entire time he was very nervous as if he was doing something wrong. I can tell you that he ran my credit report 6 extra times unnecessarily. When it came to the interest rates, he told me 5%, then on the contract he put 7% and tried to get me to sign without letting me see the contract. He is big on the e-sign so you do not see the contract, just a blank page on an iPad and you sign with your finger. Good thing I asked to see the contract and made him change the percentage to what was quoted. He also does not submit the paperwork on time, so nothing gets processed with the banks or the DMV, so it all came in late and I had to pay penalty fees. I must have called him over 20 times in 7 days and he does not answer the phone on purpose. He does not care what happens as long as he gets his commission. What he did was fraud, and I will report this dealership to the appropriate government agency. Management: Michael Kazemburg This manager Michael does not know anything about the cars he sells, nor does he do anything to help with any problems you might have. I asked him many questions about the land rover that was in the showroom, and he kept saying he doesn't know, but nicely of course. I asked him about the warranty on used cars and he said all cars get a 4000 mile and 6-month warranty for free, which of course there is no such thing. Then when the time came to receive all of the paperwork, he said that he would handle it 4 times, but he never even bothered to submit it. He will never answer your calls or emails, once you leave the dealership it is their culture to not care about you. Even worse they do not even do the necessary paperwork with the banks and the DMV for literally months.
****UPDATE
14 Months after my purchase, I had to trade the car in for a new one. It had an oil leak around the oil pan gasket, and around the timing chain cover gasket. Also had a blown head gasket causing coolant to leak into the cylinders causing smoke in the exhaust. Awful dealership, stay away. Horrific.
Go see Ernest!! He's the best salesman and answered all my questions right away. I was buying from out of state and he made the process super easy! Brett the sales manager is top notch as well! I'd def go back and buy another car from them you can't go wrong. The whole dealership is a class act!
I want to thank everyone at Land Rover Bethesda for making my buying experience easy and painless. They were very professional and courteous during the entire process. I got great trade in values and fair pricing on my 2023 Range Rover P530 Fuji White on Black. I met the GM, Nick and work very closely with their sales manager Brett Waters and Geoff Spivey. These guys are great to work with and I’m definitely coming back here to buy more cars in the near future.
I had a wonderful experience!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my 2024 Jaguar S-Pace. I was impressed by the professionalism, and the attention sales associates Sammy Cambridge and Wale Okanlami gave me. I trusted them completely. Sales Manager Herbert Ortiz went out of his way to work the best deal for me, Manager Charlie Hollman wrapped that sale and took his time explaining every option available with the purchase. Finally, Customer Relations Cheryl Stewart's tutorial was excellent, she took her time explaining everything about the functions of the car.

It hasn't always been easy communicating with my service advisors as they are very busy but Kamal was fabulous- he made sure I was updated throughout my service appointment and was very easy to reach. He was very easy to talk to and he explained everything thoroughly.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience. I will lay out the bad and then the good.
The Bad: I brought in my 2011 LR2 in order to get an estimate for a check battery light that had turned on. I assumed it was the alternator and researched the National average cost of replacing it on this model, $1250.00. The estimate I received from Bethesda Landrover to replace the alternator was $4260. Additionally, they wanted $864 to recharge my brand new, one day old, battery and reinstall it with a new breather hose. After declining the outrageously high estimate, I was still on the hook for the $277.28 diagnostic fee. I have sent received an estimate for $1500 for all of the work from a private repair shop. In my opinion, having their OEM parts and certified Land Rover technicians isn’t worth a difference of $3500.
The Good: I received a call two days later from George, the service director, who is very nice and professional. He apologized for my experience and offered to refund my $277.28 diagnostic fee so that I can put it towards the repair. As a teacher on a tight budget, I really appreciate that.
